“Can Love Save the World?” Our guest Minister, Rev Ann Fox, will offer a view that just might save us and our world on Sunday February 13th.

What is love, exactly? The philosopher J. Krishnamurti says of love: “We have no love. We have sentiment; we have emotionality, sensu-ality, sexuality; we have remembrances of something which we have thought of as love. But actually, brutally, we have no love.” Really? Is that all? On the eve of St. Valentine’s Day, let us see if we can ascertain a deeper meaning beyond flowers and chocolates and sometimes a superficial expression of romantic love. Let us see if we can glimpse a love that can save the world.

Taj Mahal

Seventeenth century Shah Jahan built this white marble memorial to his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal, who bore him 14 children. They are both interred beneath this monument to love.
