"and There Was Light"

Presenter
Rev Bruce Taylor
Date

Hello to all of our family and friends,

Here is your friendly reminder. On February 28th, Rev. Bruce Taylor will be our guest leader. His sermon is titled “And There Was Light”

Born in Paris and blinded in an accident at the age of seven, Jacques Lusseyran never lost his sense of

vision. Guided by the vivid, ongoing experience of an inner light, he drew upon prodigious gifts of

stillness, empathy and emotional intelligence to make his way in the world. In the face of Nazi

occupation, he played a central role in creating and leading a youth resistance movement. Today's

sermon traces the path and significance of an exemplary life.

Our Guest Speaker, Rev. Bruce Taylor was ordained to ministry in 2009. He has served congregations in

Billerica, Ashby, Wakefield and Leominster MA. In his free time, Bruce likes to play the flute, do creative

photography, and take long walks in the woods and mountains of New Hampshire.

Please remember that our address is 309 North Main Street, Fall River, MA 02720 and that we have a secure drop box at the front of church building, so that you can keep up with your pledges and donations in support of our church. A BIG thank you to all of our friends
